My wife and I have been to this place numerous times and always enjoyed our stay so we decided for our mini getaway honeymoon we would stay here with our dog, the first night was amazing and the food downstairs is an added bonus as it's always good and awesome service. On our second night a group of young obnoxious people checked in on our floor, by 11:30pm we had enough of the hallway party so I called front desk to address the issue, this continued until 4:30am with the yelling and the slamming of doors. The morning after when we checked out and the lady asked how our stay was I explained everything and unfortunately she didn't offer as much as an apology. As much as I enjoyed this place I won't be coming back again.
The food was decent enough, no real complaints there. Little dated on the decor but kept clean. It was a quiet night at the restaurant with only one server as well. Which made check ups and drink ordering a little slow and not very frequent. We ordered a shirt temple and the serve/bartender had to look up how to make it. While she was the only one working she did deliver our one food item to the wrong table at first. Silly mistake considering g there were 4 whole tables there and two of them had already been served. Food was hot and the steak was cooked perfectly. The pork chop was good but a little dry. The sides come in a seperate dish on the main dish making me think it was made previously and is heated up in a microwave to order or kept in a warmer all day. The staff that worked were very nice and overall it was a pleasant night out and decent food for the price. Not bad
Good enough. I hear the breakfast at 6 am is really good but sadly didn't get the chance to try it. We were leaving too early. Bed was cozy. Sheets were clean and we could park large equipment on the service road right outside.
Staff both in hotel and restaurant were awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms a little dated and they had no non smoking rooms left. Not their fault they were busy. But i would get rid of the smoking rooms and i would give 5 stars for sure.
Good basic hotel, for the travelling family or professional. Rooms are clean, albeit a bit dated. Clearly some maintenance and renos have been done, but could use some additional minor/cosmetic improvements... flooring upgrades, etc. Definitely need some new shower heads! Staff were friendly and reasonably efficient. They accidentally charged my credit card twice for the room, but caught this soon after we checked in, fixed the error, and apologized.
