We are having a great stay. This place is awesome. Clean room with great temperature. The breakfast's food were delicious. Staff are all very friendly. Amanda at check out, the new employee at front desk who check us in, Coleen at breakfast. They all did a fantastic job. This hotel is worth recommending.
Stayed at this hotel with a group of 40 kids. The hotel was prepared for us well in advance, which made check in very easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were in immaculate condition. The beds were comfy and the hotel was great. The breakfast attendants were AMAZING and kept up with our large group of 46 people. They kept everything stocked on the breakfast bar and worked very hard, and were so friendly and took the time to acknowledge the kids and make small talk. Great hotel!
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and nice.They also have a very decent breakfast so make sure to take advantage of that.Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay here.
After an unsatisfactory stay at another nearby hotel in town, we were really delighted to find this Best Western. The room had a heating and cooling system that ran smoothly, it was a really quiet stay, and we also enjoyed a nice dip in the swimming pool with water slide, and the hot tub. All of which were clean and of good working order. We were unable to try the breakfast provided in the lobby (due to our own prior commitments) but there were several guests seated there and enjoying this feature which was of no charge. About the only thing I would recommend to them is that it seemed quite wasteful to have four full-sized pillows set on the Queen sized bed. Two would have been enough and the other two could have been tucked away in a drawer or the top of the entry closet. I know they stated in the washroom they are trying to reduce laundry by asking us to reuse our towel, which is no problem - it just then seemed wasteful to have extra bedding to wash for no reason.
Valerie, the concierge at check in, was perhaps the warmest and most welcoming (ha and hilarious) lady one could imagine greeting you as you enter. Her demeanour was reminiscent of an owner of a small B&B in the UK, caring and invested like it was her own. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all regards, she even found me a charger to borrow since I had forgotten mine! Best experience from a Best Western Ive personally ever had. The hotel is great and all but she made it a stand out. Someone promote this awesome lady or shell be hired out from under you!
