Rivers nice, historic site is much better than we anticipated, the only negative would be the campsites could use some trees. I recommend trying it.

Very nice RV campsites, as long as you're OK with being out in the open. We really enjoyed being on the prairie. Wonderful trails for biking and hiking. Exhibits and camp rangers/guides all first class.
Beautiful river and great staff + hot shower
My group was stayed at the Cabin2 and Tipi site. The Cabin was so clean and beautiful. Everthing was provided. Just need to bring food and sleeping bags..The tipi was very spacious, and it was new experience of camping.I am strongly recommend cabin stay!!Site was very quite and cosy.I want to go there again!!
