We were camping the Labour Day weekend and my buddy starts having trouble. They booked us within 30 minutes of my call and while it was as always an unexpected expense, we are following his treatment and doggo is already looking back to same hungry self.
Glen meyers is a really great vet, he's helped the farm for years with horses, dogs, cats anything really. Would highly recommend.
We had an after hours visit at midnight while camping out at Crimson Lake with our 10 week old puppy just over a week ago. Unfortunately he ingested part of a cigarette butt and although we thought it was fished out of his mouth promptly he went into shock 5 hours later. The on call vet checked his vitals and saw that his temp was normal and his eyes were responding. Since the puppy threw up he should be fine but medication was rx to speed up the digestive process and clean out the system. We were assured that the puppy should be fine and further tx should not be necessary. We were very impressed with the care that night and the follow up call the next day. Thank you so much for the after hours service and reasonable price. We are grateful. Ray and Kathy
