They must be quite busy as we bought a faucet from them just under a year ago and it started leaking. They came to replace the faucet but did not have the information correct and brought the wrong faucet to replace it. They put a temporary one on for the time being but It was not secured properly and when we call asking when the replacement would be in the receptionist says shell have them call us but its been four days now since we called and no reply.
