I have bought items here 3 times, all 3 were a good experience. The last visit is undoubtedly the last! My wife took her wedding ring and engagement ring in to be re-sized, cleaned, and to be re-plated. Claiming they would be done in a few days, they were left there. It took 3 weeks for us to get them back. Lie after lie about being done "tomorrow". I called in and was told tomorrow after 11am. My wife got there at 5:30pm, and they still weren't done! After ending his computer game, the owner got off his butt and went to work on them. After hearing a die grinder, hammer, and profanity, the rings came out, and they look horrible. Bent, poorly plated, and overall a bad job done. My wife expressed that she doesn't think it is fair to pay full price due to the 3 week wait, and all the lies. The owner said she didn't have to pay, but she can't come back, ever. You can bet we will never go back, I and don't suggest anyone go there ever.
