I have been working out for 3 years and have been a member at 4 other gyms in the past and this is 100% my favourite gym of them all. My home away from home. Such a variety of equipment and everything is in great condition and well maintained. Whether you're a powerlifter, a bodybuilder, or just looking to get in shape, this is hands down the best gym in Rocky!
