Don't take your RV anywhere else!
Reasonable service. Worked hard to solve our RV issues.
The customer service is horrible. We had our trailer brought in for repairs on April 28th and were told it would only be two weeks. It took them until June 21st to complete the work. Each time we called we were told next week and that it would only be a few days and then it would be ready. We called each week. They gave us a quote of $2000 on the low and $2400 on the high. The end ticket was $2700. When I asked why the increase, the gentlemen on the phone told me " that happens sometimes and he doesn't know why". Because we didn't have a vehicle we hired someone to tow it for us upon completion. When we got to where it was towed to, the issue we brought it in for was not repaired. We called the company and when they finally called us, they told us they would come up with a solution and call us back...that was 3 weeks ago. I have a feeling it is not going to happen. It is unfortunate that they were so highly recommended by Wilderness Village however now that I talk to people who have had work done they have had the same service but have chosen not to post a review. So here I am people - not everyone who is unhappy posts reviews so that you do not experience this as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please take your RV's elsewhere so that you can get on with your life.
Absolutely fantastic service. I don't understand the one poor review here. We had the best experience with any RV dealer in the 40 years we've owned truck campers. On a big trip from California to Jasper, we had a leak into our truck camper. We called on a Friday afternoon and scheduled service for Saturday morning of the Labor Day weekend. New owners Rene and Carolyn were polite, thorough, and completely reasonable in their pricing. So good that we wish we could drive the 1500 miles to always take advantage of their expertise and service. So trust them and give them your business!
I was travelling through Rocky Mountain House when a problem developed with a slide on my Class A motorhome. They offered to send a technician out to me but I got it to their shop. The problem was soon fixed, the bill was reasonable, and the tech even taught me proper slide maintenance so it won't happen again. Very impressed.
